The second year of the Best Buy UHD program exceeded the reach of year one. 512 events educated, inspired and drove awareness in order to grab the attention of key consumer bases. Each experience featured the best in 4K technology while showcasing 5 Best Buy partners: Samsung, Sony, LG, Vizio, Sharp.
In-store events were held in 50 stores and 36 markets across 5 months. Out-of-store events included a takeover of the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas and the Atlanta Airport, the busiest airport in the world. From interactive UHD Displays with custom content to engaging product demonstrations with dedicated Brand Ambassadors, consumers were able to experience UHD 4K technology brand messaging on a new level.
