Unique activation strategy for Best Buy’s sponsorship of the highly anticipated Police Reunion Tour that benefited loyal employees, customers and business partners. This once in a lifetime opportunity was presented to special guests who were able to pre-purchase tickets and attend an exclusive backstage VIP event in a custom Moroccan Kasbah.
The activation plan, exclusive for VIP Guests, included a calm “oasis” in the middle of the hectic “behind the scenes” backstage activities. The oasis was designed to fit numerous size configurations and venue challenges, including stadiums, arenas, racetracks, etc (backstage areas also varied from inside to outside locations). Additionally, since traditional banners were not allowed in any venue, organic onsite branding was designed, created and displayed.
